2. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that:

  • You have legal parental/guardian consent to enter into this agreement.

 

3. Payments and Fees

  • All fees must be paid in advance before sessions or consultancy begins.
  • Pricing is displayed on our website or agreed in writing.
  • We reserve the right to modify prices with prior notice.
  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed in accordance with the Refund Policy of Accountax & Learning, which is available upon request.

 

4. Booking & Cancellation

  • Tutoring sessions must be scheduled in advance.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may be charged in full.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule sessions in case of unforeseen circumstances.

 

5. Intellectual Property

  • All materials, resources, documents, and course content remain the intellectual property of Accountax & Learning.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell them without our prior written consent.

 

6. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree not to:

  • Share course materials with unauthorized persons.
  • Misuse our website or services for unlawful purposes.
  • Provide false or misleading information.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Our services are provided in good faith and on an “as available” basis.
  • We do not guarantee exam results, business outcomes, or financial performance.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

  • Disclosure is only permitted where required by law.

 

9. Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate your access to services if you breach these Terms or misuse our resources.

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. This applies to all our services, whether offered exclusively in the UK or provided globally. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

 

11. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms from time to time by posting revised versions on our website. Continued use of our services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
