  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed in accordance with the Refund Policy of Accountax & Learning, which is available upon request.

 


4. Booking & Cancellation

  • Tutoring sessions must be scheduled in advance.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may be charged in full.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule sessions in case of unforeseen circumstances.

 


5. Intellectual Property

  • All materials, resources, documents, and course content remain the intellectual property of Accountax & Learning.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell them without our prior written consent.

 


6. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree not to:

  • Share course materials with unauthorized persons.
  • Misuse our website or services for unlawful purposes.
  • Provide false or misleading information.

 


7. Limitation of Liability
